Coffee Roasting Journey
How It All Began

A Spark of Discovery

In 2022, Pokhara Coffee Roastery was established in the city of Pokhara with a vision to build and nurture a true coffee culture. At a time when specialty coffee was still new to many, PCR set out to introduce the community to the richness of Nepali beans and the craft of roasting.

The journey began with a coffee production unitand a café, created to roast and serve high-quality coffee while giving people the chance to experience it firsthand. Every cup became an invitation to discover flavors grown in Nepal, roasted with care, and served with passion.

Today, Pokhara Coffee Roastery has grown into a hub for authentic Nepali coffee and continues to celebrate the art of coffee one roast, one cup, and one story at a time.

Our Plantation

Growing Sustainability

We've started our own coffee plantation to ensure quality and sustainability. Every bean tells a story of careful cultivation and environmental stewardship.

But more than that, we aim to uplift Nepal's coffee industry — training and supporting upcoming coffee farmers nationwide, sharing knowledge and creating opportunities.
